«Saguenay "Rhythms of the World"
From 29 July to 8 August, the programme will gather more than 850 artists and crafts people from over 20 countries. Painting, percussion and dance workshops will be organized in Rue Racine, as clowns walk up and down the road amidst tarot readers, magicians and jugglers
